Embedded Form: Form submission stuck on Please Wait.

Bonjour,

J'essaie de tester le formulaire suivant https://form.jotform.com/241147511350041 mais le bouton soumettre affiche "Veuillez patienter" lorsque je clique dessus et rien ne se passe. Je ne reçois pas non plus le formulaire soumis.

J'ai essayé sur plusieurs appareils et navigateurs différents mais ça ne fonctionne pas plus.

Vous pouvez me répondre en français or in english.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Thanks for getting back to us. When I tested the form using your website link, the same thing happened to me. Could you please try embedding your form on your website using an iFrame code and then test it again? Here is a guide on how to get the iFrame code of your form.

If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of your browser's console log while the submit button is stuck. You can follow this guide on how to get your browser's console log.

Give it a try, and let us know if you need any help.

Won't work either with IFrame.
