Now, coming back to your question, I’m really sorry that this is happening. I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue, and I was able to submit the form without any issues, as shown in the screenshot below:
I cleared your form cache, that might fix potential issue. In addition, you can try to clear your browser cache. Here's a guide on how to clear your browser cache on most common browsers.
