Now, coming back to your question, do you want to send your users a training certificate once they have submitted your quiz form? If so, you can do that by utilizing the PDF Editor. You can create custom PDFs from the submission data and attach them to the Autoresponder Email which the user receives after submission. We also have Certificate Templates that you can check and modify to your preference. Once done, you can then attach this to your Autoresponder Email. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
