Form submission issue

Bonjour

Je reviens vers vous c'est très très très urgent . Le formulaire de cession qui se trouve ICI : https://www.associationbabymum.fr/accueil/cession-d-un-bouvierbernois/ ne fonctionne toujours pas, malgré que tout soit parfaitement remplis , on clique sur VALIDER et cela tourne tourne tourne et aucune validation

Pour nous association de protection animale ce formulaire est indispensable donc il est urgent qu'il fonctionne

Merci de me répondre en Français et de faire le nécessaire rapidement

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I cleared your form cache, can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, please try to remove the form from being embedded and add it back to see if it would help.

Je viens de réessayer cela ne fonctionne pas

J'ai supprimé le formulaire de la page et j'ai réintégré le code en Iframe et cela ne fonctionne toujours pas

Le seul moment où cela fonctionne c'est avec le lien vers le formulaire

Nous sommes désolés en attendant réparation vous pouvez le remplir en cliquant sur  ICI  et là cela fonctionne
