Bonjour,
Lorsque je me connecte via l'adresse communication.adeps@cfwb.be je voit un message qui me demande de surclasser rapidement le compte car le nombre des 100 soumissions est bientôt atteint.
Pourtant de notre côté, nous avons encore de la place. Les formulaires sont bien partagés dans l'abonnement illimité de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
Nous avons essayé de vider le cache mais le message reste affiché.
Pouvez-vous vérifier et enlever ce message ?

Now, coming back to your question, currently, you have almost exceeded your monthly form submissions. Please note that this limit will only reset at the beginning of the next month. If you have reached your Monthly Submissions limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or wait until the beginning of the next month for the counter to reset. Also, can you inform me which forms are currently shared by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation? If you complete the form that they assigned to you, then the monthly submissions will be counted against them. But if you are currently filling out your form, it will be counted towards your limit.

Nous appartenons à l'entreprise Fédération-Bruxelles, nous voulons donc que notre formulaire soit dans son abonnement pour ne pas être limité en soumissions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the account for the form you have mentioned and I can see that the account is in good health right now. There is no usage limit reached for any of the quotas. You should be able to use the forms without any issues.
