How to create a Jotform App?

Bonjour,

Je viens de créer une nouvelle form pour une compétition de golf

Ce tournoi se jouera en équipe de 4 personnes

J'ai besoin des même renseignements pour chacun des joueurs

Pur l'instant, j'ai créer les rubriques (Nom, prénom ....) pour chacun des 4compétiterus

La form est donc longue !

Est-il possible de créer une form sur laquelle apparait :

1. Player 1
2. Player 2
3. Player 3
4. Player 4

En cliquant sur le joueur sélectionné, la form me renvoie au questionnaire des renseignements généraux (Nom, prénom, tel, email etc)

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. You can go for Jotform Apps to create an App with 4 forms(each player). After that, the form filler can decide which form to fill according to their team. Let me walk you through the process:

First, you need to clone your form 3 times so you can have 4 identical forms with just minor changes. Here's how you can clone a form:

• On your My Forms page, tap on the orange Create Form button on the top-left side of the screen, and tap on Import Form.
• In the next window, tap on Clone your existing form and Select your form.
• Now, tap on Create Form and you're done.

After that, you need to create an App from the App Builder.

• On your My Forms page, tap on the icon next to Form Builder on the top-left side and tap on My Apps.
• On your My Apps page, tap on the purple Create App button on the top-left side of the screen.
• Select Start from Scratch

Finally, you can add all 4 forms that you cloned, in your App and publish it.

• On the App Builder page, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Select the Form element and Select the forms. 
• Click on Add Forms and That's it.
