If so, the main purpose of the feature is to allow form owners or admins to approve submissions and create a workflow based on the approval outcome. Thanks for getting back to us. Did you mean you want to stop receiving new submissions? If so, you can change the status of your form and change it to disabled. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Under Form Status, select Disabled from the dropdown options.
3. You can also customize the message that will show when users view the form.

Thanks for getting back to us. In that case, you can delete the Approval Flow on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Approval Flow on the left side of the page.
3. Hover your mouse over the existing approval and click the Gear icon.
4. Click on the Trash Bin icon to delete it.
