Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If so, I checked this form and I don't see a reminder email that is set up. Can you please confirm if I am checking on the correct form? Also, can you provide more details of how you set up the reminder email on the form? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Thanks for getting back to us. Since I no longer see the reminder emails set up, can you confirm if you just deleted it? If the email keeps on sending after deleting it, please let us know so we can escalate the issue.
Unfortunately it is not possible to automatically turn off the reminder email once the form is submitted. You'll have to delete the reminder email from the email settings to stop the reminder emails.
As for your question regarding approvals, I moved it to this ticket. Please check my response shortly.
