How can I print my entire form once with all the fields, even the conditional ones?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can print your form including the hidden fields from the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the downward arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo.
2. In the menu, go to PDF Editor.
3. In PDF Editor, go to PDF Form and Unhide the Hidden fields, then click on Download.
4. If you want the document with the submissions, you can uncheck the Hide empty form fields settings and Download the PDF.
