If your customers have it opened on their Smartphones, as soon as they close it and open it again, it will update to the last version they edited. I have another question, about the subscription to get all the features. I'm trying to convince my company (consulting firm) and our customers to use your Jotform tool and develop it on all their projects (construction sites). I've already done it for my former company (BR CONSULT). Is it possible to have a primum subscription to be able to show and use all the functions?

You can check out our Pricing page for more information. If you have any special requirements, or you want to create a custom package you can contact our Enterprise team.
