How to Remove Welcome Page in Card Form?

Now, coming back to your question, It's easy to remove that welcome page in your card form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, hover your cursor over the top of your first card until you see the Edit Welcome Page, then click on it. 
2. Next, hover your cursor over the left upper corner of the Welcome Page and select Remove Welcome Page.
