Now, coming back to your question, you can set up the Appointment element to have a Reminder Email sent out to the volunteers. First, we need to add the Appointment element. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Basic tab, search for the Appointment element and add it to your form.

Adding Reminder Email:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment element field.
2. Then click on the Gear icon.
3. Go to Advanced Tab.
4. Then turn On the Send Reminder Emails.
5. Under Time Sent in Advance, set it to 1 day.
