Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, we do have a few image widgets that you can use for form fillers to select an option with an image, such as our Image Picker widget. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Go to the Widgets tab, and search for Image Picker.
3. Click on it, or drag and drop it onto your form. The Widget Settings panel automatically opens.
4. In Widget Settings under General, you can add your images, change the image size, set up Max Selection, etc. Once done, click on Update Widget.
