Bonjour, je rencontre un problème avec l'export de fichier via Zapier.
J'ai fait une integration avec Zapier.
Lorsqu'il y a un upload de fichier depuis Jotform, Zapier détecte le fichier, mais pourtant lors de la transmission, rien n'est afficher sur Airtable : il ne reçoit pas le fichier.
Est-ce que vous pourriez m'aider?Cordialement

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I don't seem to find any of your forms connected to Zapier. You may want to make sure that the form in question is connected first and see if the transfer of data works. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- Select Integrations from the left panel.
- On the search bar, look for Zapier and once located, click on it.
- You can click on Connect to Zapier or choose from the templates available in the list.
- If you choose Connect to Zapier, you will be asked to log into the account. A small box will appear, and click Authorize once done.
At this point, you have to make sure that you have your Airtable integrated with Zapier as well. After you made sure of it, test it and see if the data transfer is working. I would like to suggest integrating Airtable with Jotform directly and see if it works for you better.
