bonjour
a chaque fois que je reçois une reponse a un formulaire j'ai le logo de jotform en haut du resultat de mon sondage
comment le remplacer par un logo de mon choix ?
hello
every time i receive a response to a form i have the jotform logo at the top of my survey result
how can I replace it with a logo of my choice?

Hi appznet,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can change the Jotform logo in the Notification Email settings. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Emails in the left corner.
- Click on the Pencil icon of the Notification Email.
- In the Email Content, remove the Jotform Logo.
- Click on Insert Image and Upload an image of your preferred logo.
- You can resize the image to fit into your email content. Click on Save once done.
- Here's the result after.
You can do the same steps in your Autoresponder Email if you also wish to show your logo in the form responder's confirmation email.

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. Are you referring to the digest emails automatically sent periodically and set from the myreports page, as show below?
If so, this not yet possible to remove the Jotform logo as far I tested on my side. If you confirm that you're referring to these digest emails, we'll be able to escalate this to our developers.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to proceed.

Can you send us a screenshot where the Jotform logo still shows? This guide will show you how to do that. Please share the link to your form, so I can check it out and see what’s going on.

it's true you're right, but when I receive the survey responses the jotforom logo is always present.
Where did I make the change? No, it doesn't work.

Hello appznet,
Thanks for the screenshot. That made the issue much clearer. It appears that you didn't change the logo from the Notification Email of Sondage form.
Additionally, the logo change you've carried out successfully is on your Sondage pour inscriptions 2024/2025 form. Please make the necessary logo changes to the Sondage form and follow the steps I provided above.
