Bonjour,
Merci

Hi Trentotto,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I apologize for the confusion on your question. To confirm, are you trying to create a flow where if the user fills out and submits form 240432856693059, they will be redirected to the second form which is form 240854966769982, If this is what you are trying to achieve, the set-up of your current form is already correct.
But, if you are trying to set it up in another way, can you explain it to us so we can come up with a solution? Also, can you explain a bit more about the auto-redirection of the form that you mentioned? If you are trying to automatically send users to another form without having to click on the Submit button, unfortunately, that is not possible. The Submit button serves as the trigger for sending the user to another form.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thanks
In fact, we made a mistake using this adress https://www.jotform.com/Trentotto/troc-seconde-vie-trentotto in a QR Code we have printed. I would like to know if you can redirect this adress to 240854966769982, without our custumer have to click in the first one to reach the second one.
there is nothing in the first one, just the submission button i've made to male a manual redirection

Hi Trentotto,
Thanks for getting back to us with additional information on the problem. Yes, this is possible using the Global Countdown Widget. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, add a Paragraph element where you can add any text informing the users that the form is no longer available and that they will be redirected to a new one.
- Add a Global Countdown Widget, and set the preferred settings in the right panel menu or by clicking on the Wand icon. Make sure to select the Submit Form in the Action section.
Check out this screencast below for the result:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
