Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I see here that your account was suspended due to collecting credit card details on your form. Keep in mind that this is a violation against our Terms of Use. If you need to accept payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Enabling Payment Authorization allows you to capture the card details and charge the user later. We have a guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization that you can check out.
Also, I checked your account and can confirm that it is not subscribed to any of our paid plans. We can only reactivate your account if you agree to our Terms and allow us to delete the offending fields.
