Hi myllania,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I saw that the default quantity in your textboxes is still 0. The error will occur once a user selected one of the product that has textboxes with 0. It appears that you haven't edited these products yet, which is why they still have textboxes with 0 default quantity. As a result, if you did not set the quantity to 1, you will be unable to save the edit once you have made the change. There was a recent change to avoid submitting the required products without being unselected. Thus, it is no longer possible to set the default range quantity to 0.
You must change all of these products' textboxes with 0 to 1 quantity in order to stop this issue. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Product List icon.
- Hover your mouse over the products with textboxes that has 0 quantity, then click the Pencil icon.
- Go to Options tab.
- Hover your mouse again in the textbox and click on the Pencil icon.
- Type in 1 in the Default Quantity and click on Save.
