Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that it is currently suspended due to a credit card used to pay for the subscription. The bank returned the error as a fraudulent card, hence the account got suspended. The last four digits of this card are 3778. I've gone ahead and activated the account for now. Please try upgrading the account with a different card.
