How to use Calculation Values and Form Calculation to calculate final result?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Single Choice form element Calculation Value to assign scores for each option, and then use the Form Calculation widget to calculate the total score. Here's how to do it:

How to enable Calculation Values:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Single Choice form element to select.

2. On the right side of the selected Single Choice form element, click on the Gear icon.

3. On the right panel, go to Options.

4. Turn on Calculation Values and assign appropriate value for each option.

How to add Form Calculation widget:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.

2. On the left panel, go to Widgets.

3. Click/Drag Form Calculation to add into the form.

How to create a formula for Form Calculation widget:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Calculation to select.

2. On the right side of the selected Form Calculation, click on the Wand icon.

3. On the right panel, click on Add Field to select a field to be used for the formula.

4. On the right penal, click on the appropriate mathematical operation to create a formula.

5. Click on Save.
