Pipedrive Integration no longer works.

Nous avons une intégration du formulaire "Nouvelle Gestion" vers l'outil Pipedrive et le transfert ne se fait plus depuis hier.

Pouvez-vous revenir vers nous à ce sujet ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I've checked the live form and saw that the token for the integration has expired. To fix the issue, please remove the integration and re-integrate again. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Select Pipedrive.
   
   
4. Click on the Remove Integration button and click on Yes Remove.
   
   

Now that we've removed the existing integration, we'll just re-integrate. Let's do it:

• While you're still under the Integrations tab, click on Pipedrive.
• Select your authenticated account from the dropdown.
• Once you’ve connected your account, complete the integration setup.
