    Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you would like to look up the domain entered in the third field on your form from a source using API and based on the capital value that will be returned show a fourth question. Is that correct? If so, that should be possible. You can embed your form on your website with its full source codes. Then, you can use scripts to perform the look-up and logical conditions to show the field based on the value returned in a field.

If the domain and capital value you need for this are stored within Jotform, you can use Jotform API. You can find our API Documentation here.

Another option you might be interested in is the Spreadsheet to Form widget. You can store the data in an Excel file you can upload into the widget. Based on the value entered in the widget, it will pull data in that Excel file and populate the fields on your form with those data. You can then use logical conditions to show other fields on your form based on the pulled data. We also have a guide to help you learn how to use the Spreadsheet to Form-Widget.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
