email jotform colle la partie gauche et ne se centre pas dans l'application mail iphone

Bonjour,

j'ai un soucis, l'envoi de mail depuis jotfom fonctionne bien et il est centré et responsive sur toutes les applications et systèmes d'exploitation sauf sur l'application mail de l'iphone (le mail colle sur la gauche). Je n'arrive pas à trouver la solution.

le mail se trouve sur l'approbation "HB ELECTRICITÉ" > GENERAL > EMAIL DE NOTIFICATION

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry that you are having issues with the formatting of one of the Notification Emails for the "HB ELECTRICITÉ" Approvla Element. I cloned your form with ID 240572024497053 and tested the Approval Flow to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

In both screenshots, I can see that the email is perfectly centered, leaving some margins on the right and left side. So, it seems that there is no issue with the iPhone Email App. But, if that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so we can help you better?
