Bonjour,
Je souhaite créer un mail type qui s'affichera automatiquement au moment où à partir de ma boite de réception je souhaite envoyer un mail à un de nos membres. Comment puis-je faire ?
Je souhaite également envoyer des mails qui seraient à destination de tous nos membres (mail groupé). Pouvez-vous m'indiquer par quel moyen puis-je faire cela ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don't have that feature yet. As a workaround, you can use Share on Email and customize the email content. Jotform offers a straightforward way to send an email to your members and include the Form URL. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, tap on Email.
- In the window that opens up, tap on Share on Email.
- In the Email Content section, change the content to the way you want it.
- Under the Recipients tab, add your client's email address, and click on Send. That's it, you're done.

Just to add in my previous message.
If you're referring to an Autoresponder email that will automatically be sent to the members who filled out the form, you can set this up. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
