Configurable List: How to translate subtitle and button to add more row

Sur notre formulaire " Guest Survey Cards " l'option de traduction n'est pas disponible pour certains champs.

Pour la question sur les pets/animaux de compagnie, l'option de traduction du sous titre n'est pas présente :

Aussi, l'option de traduction pour le + add pet n'est pas disponible.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Sometimes, there are some un-translated fields that needs manual input on forms. Unfortunately, this depends on which Language so there is no exact handbook for this. For translating manually, it's very simple to do, let me show you:

• When editing the form on Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
• Select Form Settings from the menu on the left.
• Scroll down and select Show More Options, scroll down to Translations and click on Edit.
• On the next screen, hover your mouse over the language you would like to add manual translations to and then click the Pencil Icon.
• You will find translations here that could not be completed automatically and you can add the missing translations.

Thank you for your help, english is fine.

I am already using this to translate our customized text, the problem is, as shown in my first message, that the sub title for the pet section is not present to translate :

As you can see most of the info on the card can be translated but not the subtitle.

Also, what about the blue button (+ Add Pet) ? Is there no option to translate this ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. At the present, it's not possible to translate the subtitle of Configurable List. However, you can consider another workaround by adding 2 Configurable List dedicated for each different language, and use our Conditional Logic Hide/Show to show it depending on the language selected.

I have created a demo form that you can test here, kindly give it a look to see if it suits what you are looking for.

If this is what you are looking for, configuring this is easy, let me show you how:

First, you will need to duplicate your current Configurable List and add the texts as preferred.

Second, you will need to delete the following condition:

Third, you will need to add 2 new Conditional Logic Hide/Show. Let me show you the steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left sidebar.
3. Click on Add Conditions.
4. Select Show/Hide Field.
   
   
5. Add the following condition:
   
   
6. Click on Save.
7. Repeat the same action to add for French:
   
   
8. And you are good to go.
