Set up a form that requires submitters to follow my social media accounts

Bonjour, je souhaiterais mettre en place un formulaire à remplir afin de créer des prospects mais également de la notoriété. 

Existe t-il un système ou l'on peut faire un formulaire et à la fin, obliger de suivre la page de ma page (Instagram, Facebook) sur la plate-forme que l'on aura choisi pour valider leur participation ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Although there is no direct feature to require them to follow your Instagram and Facebook page after submission, there is a workaround that could possibly achieve your form requirements by customizing the Thank You Page to show them your social media links. Then, use the Jotform Approvals feature in the form, and you, as the approver, will verify if they have followed your pages. You can then approve or deny the submission depending on whether they followed your social media accounts or not.
