Bonjour,
Yann Crechriou -

Hi Yann,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you would like to track which website the leads are coming from, is that right? I'll need a bit of time to look into this. I'll get back to you as fast as I can.
I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi Yann,
Thanks for patiently waiting. To track which source the leads are coming from you can use the Get Referrer widget. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, under the Build tab, select the Widgets tab on the Form Elements panel.
- Search for Get Referrer, and add it to the form.
- Then, go to the Basic tab on the Form Elements, and add the Short Text element.
- Click the Gear icon to access the Short Text Properties.
- On the right panel, under the General tab, input the label of the field.
- Next, go to the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar.
- Select the Conditions on the left menu, and click Update / Calculate Field.
- Select the Get Referrer widget on IF, Is Filled as the STATE, Copy Field Value as the DO, Get Referrer field as the FROM, and the Short Text field (labeled as Source) as the TO.
- Then, click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Yann,
Thanks for getting back to us with these details. Indeed, this is the widget you need to add to your form. It returns the URL of the webpage on which each submission has been done, as for instance in the notification email:
You might also want to check out this guide about how to Capture the Page URL Where the Form is Embedded.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
