Impossible d'afficher un formulaire

    Bonjour, Il m'est impossible d'afficher des formulaires que je crée.

    Le message ci-dessous apparaît quand je lance une visualisation de formulaire. Et ce d'un téléphone comme de l’ordinateur .

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cleared your form cache, please try opening your form again. If the issue persists, please attempt to open your form using a different browser while connected to a different internet connection.

    Furthermore, I opened your form, and everything was working properly on computer and phone. As shown in the screenshots below:

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately it's still not working. I've tried to open it with brave browser, using the mobile internet connection and wifi home network.

    Even from the app.

    I'm sorry you're still having issues accessing your form. The DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error typically occurs when your web browser is unable to resolve the Jotform domain name you entered into an IP address. This can happen for several reasons.

    Could you please change the URL of your form to https://www.jotform.com/240896767710569 instead of https://form.jotform.com/240896767710569? If that doesn't help, it might be related to the ISP. Please try using a VPN to access your form and let us know how it goes.

    With this information, we will be better equipped to test it on our end, investigate, or escalate this to our developers for further checking.

    Hi Sigit,

    Thanks for this solution which works perfectly. Thank you very much.

    But i've been using Jotform for more than 2 years and it has always working perfectly, il's the 1st time that this happen. What could be the reason for that??

Before we escalate your question to our Developer Team, please share with us the console report from your browser when the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error occurs, and if possible, the name of your ISP.
