Bonjour

Comment puis je faire pour réduire l'espace (les blancs) entre le texte et le bouton. Mais egalement entre le texte et le calendrier.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to these spaces on the last page of the "Questionnaire préliminaire" form?

If so, you can remove the additional space from the Paragraph text to reduce the space below it. Here's how you can do this:

As for the space between the last field and the Submit button, there's a Square Checkbox widget added in there that seems to have no purpose, as there are no options set in it. You can delete that to reduce the space.
