    Bonjour,

    Merci,

    Hi SAV_MOKEN,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to attach a PDF to your autoresponder email, this is very easy to do.

First, you can use PDF Editor to customize the PDF for your Colissimo return voucher. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, on the upper left corner of the screen, click on the Dropdown Arrow beside Form Builder and click on PDF Editor.
    2. Click on Add new PDF Document.
    3. You can delete and add what you want to customize the PDF.

Then, you can attach this PDF to your Autoresponder email:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
    4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
    5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi SAV MOKEN,

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. Note that the autoresponder email is sent as soon as the form has been submitted. But even if exists a way to dynamically update the PDF to be attached to the autoresponder email with the information of both the client and SAV, I'm afraid that it won't be possible to update the bar code. If the bar codes change for each of the emails to be sent, the PDF can't be attached to the autoresponder email, or to make it automatically attached to the email to be sent even later, because we can't generate these bar codes.

Can you tell us if, in the PDF to be attached, the bar codes change for each of the emails to be sent, as I guess it is the case?

    Hello,

Yes, the problem is that each label is different, especially the barcode.

It seems that this is not possible.

    Hi SAV MOKEN,

Thanks for getting back to us. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by me. Since it is a different label that is generated for every user, unfortunately, it is not possible to attach it to your autoresponder email. You should manually send this label to the user.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
