Comment se fait-il que les participants doivent s'inscrire à Jotform pour remplir mon formulaire alors que ce dernier est public ?

    Hi mcquin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and can see that you assigned the form to the users. Adding Assignees to your form will require the assignee/user to create or login to their Jotform account to fill out your form.

You can simply share the form's direct URL, so the users won't be asked to create or login to their Jotform account to fill out your form. This page will show you how to get your form's URL.

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
    2. Then, click on the Copy Link button.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
