Sur Excel il n' ya pas de problèmes

1 seule soumissions en PDF pas de problèmes

Mais quand j'en prends plusieurs soumission et fais télécharger en PDF, le téléchargement ne commence pas.

Now, let me help you with your question. I tried downloading multiple submissions as PDFs and I successfully received the zip file. See my screenshot below:

You mentioned that when you download multiple submissions, the download does not start. Is the pop-up in the screenshot below not showing after you click on Download as PDF?

If you receive any errors, can you share it with us? Can you also share the Console Report of your browser? You can screenshot it and post it here. This guide will show you how to do that. Can you also tell us the form URL where the submissions belong to?
