Hi wenze,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the default range can no longer be set to 0. Due to a recent change by our developers, starting at zero is no longer an option in the product range to prevent users from submitting the form thinking they bought some products only to have them in 0 quantity.
I see that you're working on this form. If you still want to use the zero quantity, instead of adding new products, you can duplicate the old product and then modify the item details. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, select the Product List field and click on the shopping cart icon.
- Select an old product (with 0 quantity) and click on the gear icon and select Duplicate.
- Then, select the duplicated item and click on the gear icon again.
- Update the product details.
- Lastly, click on Save.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

Now after displaying 1, we have to select quantity 2 and then 1 to have the price.

Hi wenze,
Thanks for getting back to us. If I understand you correctly, you won't need to click on the quantity selector if you just need one item. You have to simply click on the product, and the item's subtotal price will automatically be visible. Check out my screencast below:
If that's not exactly what you're referring to, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, if you don't want the quantity to be set to 1, you can refer to my solution above, so the newly added products will have a default quantity of zero.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need more help.
