Bonjour nous avons un formulaire dénomé Rapport d'évaluation et Soumission par Décontamination Sporetek
Lorsque nous téléchargeons le pdf l'ordre change et on retrouve des élément dans le bas du formulaire..
Comment arranger le tout ???

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. To clarify, are you referring to your form 230414975323050? If so, this issue can be easily resolved by creating a new PDF document in the PDF Editor. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the form's PDF Editor page.
- On the PDF Editor page, click the + New PDF button on the top left corner.
- Select the New PDF Document option in the menu.
- A new PDF document tab should be created next to your existing PDF document. You may delete the previous PDF document if needed.
- You can redownload the PDF documents in Jotform Tables. Please keep in mind that if you did not delete the previous PDF document, you should have two PDF documents to choose from and download.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

I don’t what to use pdf creator to create a pdf because when I open it its show me to much stuff that I don’t need
Usually when I push download pdf its download the pdf in the same order that form is but since a little while let say number just to make you understand .
Row 2 6 and 14 are after the conclusion of the form so nothing professional.
I don’t want to take time each time to find each thing that not in the proper order and fix it whit the editor I just want it to be in the same order

Hi Keven,
Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that your PDF document is not up to date. So, if you still want the older version of the PDF or want to rearrange the fields. You must update the PDF document to ensure that the fields are properly organized based on what you need. The simplest approach is to follow my colleague Victorino's suggestion for creating a new PDF and then editing it to remove any unnecessary data. Let me show you how:
- In PDF Editor, select the fields you do not want to include in the PDF and click the Trash can icon beside them to remove them.

previously its was ending by our information as name and number
Now its ending by thing that should be in the upper section.
if i do understad i need to create a new pdf item by item for like 20 and bring them to ther place like 14 page higher item by item whit a freezing screen ? ido want to understand ?

So if i do understand i need to drag them i by one to the proper place but when i do so its freeze and i need to shake the mouse to go a little upper each time. then if i save the thing whit them at the right place its should be ok for next time? if so i have to do this one by one whit like 4 minute each drag and drop

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form's PDF editor, and it looks like you've manage to fix the order of the elements by creating a new PDF Document. I don't see the fields in your screenshot displayed on that area upon looking at your document. Here's how it looks now:

I did understand what you are saying. And i think its might work
i am really sorry. I think that the language barrier made this really wrong. Sorry again ill play a little whit the form to see how thing work now. Thank again
