Impossible de mettre plusieurs conditions de masquage/affichage

Je n'arrive pas à faire plusieurs niveau de hide and show dans un même formulaire

Exemple

Choix 1 fait apparaitre Choix X - Y - Z = Fonctionne

Choix X fait apparaitre Choix A-B-C = Ne fonctionne pas...

On dirait qu'après un niveau toute plante. J'aimerais voir ca avec un spécialiste car c'est important pour la simplification de mes formulaires.
