Problème pour intégrer une condition sur question

Bonjour,

A la 1ère question de mon formulaire, si la personne répond non à la question alors je souhaiterai qu'il aille directement à la fin du formulaire, à "soumettre".

J'ai essayé plusieurs conditions mais je n'y parviens pas notamment les suivantes, ensemble ou pas ensemble, j'ai tout essayé :-) !
