Bonjour sur le formulaire :

les deux premières demandes sont cryptés par erreur. Comment pus-je faire pour voir les demandes normalement ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with this. To decrypt your two submissions, please enable the Encryption again on your Form, then go to Tables, enter the Access code and you will see your Submission data. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Under the Form Settings tab, set the toggle of Encrypt Form Data to Yes.
- Next, Verify with your Google Account or Enter your account password.
- Then, Tick the checkmark of Step 2 (I understand that if I forget my access code, I won't be able to view my form submissions).
- Click on the Enable Encryption button.
- Next, in Tables, enter the Access Code and you will be able to see your encrypted submissions.
Also, please note that if you have lost the Access Code, then there's not much that you can do. That means your encrypted data is lost forever, there's no copy of the same on our servers. Our only recommendation is to turn off encryption right away so you can start receiving submissions normally again.
