ABSENCE DE REPONSE

    Bonjour,


    J'ai rempli deux formulaires pour remboursement et avoir suite aux incidents lors du DELTA FESTIVAL 2023.


    Ceux-ci datent du mois d'octobre je n'ai jamais eu ni retour ni remboursement .

    J'ai contacté le delta festival via instagram, aucune réponse.


    Merci de me faire un retour rapidement.

    Just to clarify, have you filled out an online form that was built at Jotform? Note that Jotform is an online form builder, not the form owner. If you have questions from the owner of the form, you can contact them for further assistance. You may reply to the email you have received after submitting the form to contact the form owner.

    J'ai bien rempli les deux formulaires et eu une confirmation de la part de noreply@jotform.com.


    Je ne sais pas comment procéder pour avoir un retour de l'organisateur du festival ? Je n'ai pas de contact .. J'ai suivi la procédure ci contre . https://form.jotform.com/232533486147055#:~:text=Comme%20indiqu%C3%A9%20%C3%A0%20l'article,que%20tu%20as%20de%20billets.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot handle your refund request as the payment is not received by us. You may connect with the form owner as they are the ones responsible for your refund. You can reply to the email confirmation directly, as it will be rerouted to the form owner.
