Monday.com: Integration is not working

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've tested the cloned version of your form, connected it with our Monday.com test account, and after configuring the integration and running a test submission, the mapped fields were successfully synced. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, the Action logs display a successful status:

    Please ensure that you mapped your form fields correctly, as I checked the error logs and it says "item_name cannot be empty; item names must be at least one character long," indicating that there is a problem with the integration of your form. It appears that the integration expects an item name (presumably for a task or entry), but instead receives an empty value or a value less than one character long. This could be due to a misconfiguration in the integration settings or an issue with the data that was sent on Monday.

    To fix this issue, you may need to go over and adjust the integration settings while configuring the integration to ensure that all required fields are correctly mapped. For example, for the Name field, you could use a Short Text field from Monday and then map it to the actual Name field on your form:
