Bonjour,
J'ai un compte Jotform débutant.
J'ai dépassé mon espace de stockage, après quoi j'ai placé dans la corbeille des réponses à mon questionnaire, et j'ai vidé la corbeille.
Cependant, mon espace de stockage reste saturé. Pourriez-vous m'aider svp ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I've recalculated your Upload Limit, and can see that it's now 0B over 100B. Meaning, you now have 100% of your current upload capacity available. You can check your Upload Space on the Account Usage page.
