Hi damarislfc06,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. For the Starter plan, you are set to have a 500 total submission limit. This means that you are allowed to store a maximum of 500 submission entries in your account. This does not reset every month compared to the Monthly Submission limit, if ever you reach 500 total submissions, you will still receive new submissions but the old submission will be deleted. I would suggest Downloading your submission data as a backup and deleting old submission entries to free up space. Here's how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
As for the Monthly Submission Limit, for the Starter plan it is only limited to 100 entries each month that your account can receive every month, and every first day of the month this resets back to zero, allowing you to receive more submissions. To increase the submission limit, I would highly suggest upgrading your account. You can check out the pricing page for available plans and features.
