Bonjour,
je gere une entreprise et avec plusieurs formulaire jotform ca devient difficile.
je vousdrais savoir s'il est possible de centraliser les données dans un seul et meme tableau ou un CRM de type jotform sans etre obligé de passer à un veritable CRM. Merci

Now, let me help you with your question. You can use our Jotform Tables feature to store the data you need and organize it. If you want to learn more about Jotform Tables, check out our guide below explaining the basics about how to use it:
1. Easily view your submissions
There are three ways to view your submissions:
- Choose the submissions that you want to see. Then, click on the More dropdown menu and select View Entry.
- Hover your mouse over the submissions that you want to see and click on View.
- Choose the submissions that you want to see and click on the Three Dots icon, and then, in the list that comes up, select View Entry.
2. Adjust the size of the columns and change their order
3. Use the Show/Hide Columns feature
4. Download all of your submissions or just selected ones
You can download all of your submissions or just selected ones in CSV, PDF, and Excel format.
Whether you want to download all of your submissions as PDF files or only the attached files, within just a few minutes, you’ll get an email with a download link in it.
Just how fast the email arrives depends on how many submissions you have and the size of the attachments in your form.
5. Use the Advanced Search feature
Once you’ve created a new Filter, you can use that to create a new Tab so the same Filter won't have to be created over and over again.
6. Create a New View
You can also create a New View using Jotform Tables. It’s easy, just click on the Add Tab and then choose one of the available views.
7. Share your Tables page with your coworkers
8. Use the Revision History feature to revert the changes
9. Create a new name for your Table
10. Move your submissions to the Trash or restore them
It’s important to remember that submissions in the Trash will automatically be deleted after 30 days if you haven’t removed them.

Hello Raphael,
Thanks for getting back to us. Integration with Monday.com is available with Jotform. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Search for Monday.com in the search bar and then select it.
- Enter your monday.com API Key then click on Authenticate.
- At this step, you would need to select an option from the following monday.com dropdowns (Action, Board, Group).
- Next, map your monday.com fields to your Jotform fields, as shown in the below image.
- Set up the rest of the options at your discretion, then click the Save button to save the changes.

on monday i've download the jotfrom appli but there is a abug...Files are notre recognized.
For exemple:
- Nom (name) is not suggested,
- Ville (town) the only suggestion is Submission ID!
