Account suspended due to matching payment method

    Bonjour, je n'ai plus accès à mon compte.


    J'ai eu un remboursement de la part de PayPal et depuis je ne peux plus rien faire.


    Merci de redonner les accès et de me dire comment faire le paiement.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. I do understand how upsetting this is. I have checked the status of your Jotform account and saw that it was suspended due to the system detecting that your account was involved in phishing which is matching payment method. Please review Jotforms Terms to avoid this from happening again.

    I've coordinated with our back-end team to review this request. Rest assured, we'll circle back to this thread as soon as I receive a response from them.

    J'ai besoin rapidement de retrouver mon compte.


    Notre association distribue des plats pendant le ramadan aux étudiants et ils s'inscrivent sur ce lien.


    Les familles qui préparent les repas s'inscrive aussi sur jotform.

    Mais cela fait 24 h que je n'ai plus accès aux formulaires et des familles et étudiants attendent après moi pour s'inscrire.


    Merci de faire le maximum pour un rétablissement dès ce matin.

    We appreciate your patience. I've checked your account, and it appears to have been reactivated. You should now be able to log in and access your forms. Please remember to review and comply with Jotform's Terms of Use to prevent this issue from happening again.

    Additionally, I recommend checking your account limits by visiting your Account Usage Page to avoid any issues with using your forms. As of my check, you've reached your monthly submissions limit, with 161 out of 100 submissions used.
