    Il me semble avoir vu une offre promotionnelle dans mes mails il y a quelques jours pour une souscription annuelle mais je n'arrive pas à la retrouver. Pouvez-vous m'en faire bénéficier?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi PHOTOFORMATION,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The offer you saw was probably the Welcome to Jotform discount, that is offered on newly created accounts. Unfortunately, since you already upgraded your account, you are no longer eligible for a discount.

    What you can do is create a new account in Jotform to get the discount, then we can transfer the forms you already created to that new account.

    Pouvez-vous s’il vous plaît m’expliquer la manipulation j’ai passé plusieurs heures à faire mon formulaire et mes automatisation je ne voudrais pas tout perdre. Je peux passer sur un compte gratuit durant un mois ou deux le temps de lancer mon activité et ensuite faire un transfert de mon compte bronze > gratuit > argent (transfert de compte) sans perdre aucune données et faire aucune modification ? merci

    Thanks for getting back to us. Do you mean to do it on the same account? If so, yes. You get to keep all the forms you've created on your account. We can cancel the subscription for you and you can upgrade your account again after a month or two.

    However, you still won't be able to take advantage of the discount on the same account. As mentioned earlier, you can create a new account in order to take advantage of the Welcome to Jotform discount. But we can only transfer the forms you created, we won't be able to transfer the Jotform Sign Document you've built already.

    je ne suis pas sur de comprendre si je transfert mon compte je veux garder mes formulaires et mes flux d'approbations ainsi que leur PDF associés. Si cela est possible je souhaiterais annuler mon compte pour le transférer s'il vous plait. Désolé je dois sûrement me répéter mais j'ai besoin d'être certains de la manipulation.

    Yes, we can transfer the form, including the PDF, approval flow and the submissions; however, your sign document such as this form won't be transferred as it is not currently possible to transfer sign documents. If you would like to transfer forms, please add the Form URL to make sure that we will be moving the correct ones.

    Hi PHOTOFORMATION,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you confirm if you would like to transfer this form to another account? If so, can you send us the username or email address of the receiving account? Also, since your data is stored in EU server, make sure that the other account is also an EU account. You can do this by enabling the GDPR Data Center in both accounts in your settings. Let me show you how:

    • On My Forms page, click your avatar on the top right side of the page, then click on Settings.
    • Go to Data on the left menu, then enable GDPR Data Center.

    Oui c'est bien ce formulaire que je veux transférer. Je viens de faire la manipulation pour les RGPD sur le nouveau compte.
