How to use Google Tag Manager on my form?

Bonjour,

Je fais de la publicité sur Google Ads pour le site d'un client qui utilise votre formulaire sur son site. Malheureusement, le formulaire étant avec une url différente de celle de son site, je ne peux pas suivre les conversions via mes campagnes ads sur ce formulaire.

Pourriez-vous m'indiquer svp comment faire pour le tracker via GTM. Si vous avez un tuto, je suis preneur.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. If your goal is to get the referral URLs, you can use the Get Referrer Widget. You can also use the Form Analytics Tool to track the activity on your form. We also have a guide here to show you How to Use Form Analytics.

Let me just correct my response above, I was able to locate a Jotform form on the link you shared above, is that the form in question? If yes, I did not find any Google Analytics widget on the form.

Ok I have to add an analytics link on the jotform if I understand correctly. Do you have a procedure for adding analytics to the jotform so that I can pass it on to my client to do so? thanks

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. If the form has been created by your client, he needs to log in his Jotform account, select the form and add to it the Google Analytics widget on his own. Let me show you how to add the Google Analytics widget on a form.

1. In Form Builder, go to the Build page.
2. Open the Form Elements panel on left, select the Widget panel, and search for Google Analytics.
3. Once clicked and added at the bottom of the form, click on the wander icon.
4. In the right panel, fill out the Google Analytics settings, and you're done.
