Migration de formulaire

J'ai une question concernant un formulaire qui ne se trouve pas sur votre application, mais nous souhaiterions migrer vers une autre application pour plus de facilité : vous pouvez consulter mon formulaire en pièce jointe.

D'après ce formulaire, semble-t-il possible de le reproduire sur votre application ?

Sachant que nous avons une grosse base de données avec tous nos clients à l'intérieur et que cela se replie automatiquement en fonction du client que nous inscrivons ou que nous choisissons.

About your question, You can Import forms from an external web page or PDF, or clone existing Jotform forms to customize as you wish. You can also use our import tool to migrate form data from other platforms like Google Forms, Typeform, Formstack, Cognito Forms, Gravity Forms, and Wufoo. I tried to import the form using the link you've provided but it can't be imported. To clarify, is this the direct link to the form https://repro.languedoc.flowin5.com/f/461785fd-6d98-420f-b001-8acd7e1d2474?test=true? Looking at your form this can be replicated manually.
