Pas de mail de notification

    Bonjour,

    J'ai un problème avec un formulaire. Je ne reçois pas de notifications sur le mail.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having an issue with not receiving a Notification Email. I've cloned your form Demande service retoucheurs2pdv and tested it, but I am not able to replicate the issue. I can get the Notification Email. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    Additionally, I checked our email logs and I can see that the emails are being sent out from our servers. Also, your email address does not appear in our Unsubscribe or Bounce list. I suggest checking you spam/junk folder incase the emails are there. It is also a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists. Additionally, please whitelist Jotform IP and domains with your email provider in case they are blocking the emails and then try it again.
