Bonjour, j ai effectuer un paiement sur le site atlas pro on TV pour acheter un code d accès IPTV et non pour votre entreprise.votre site s appel sur Google atlas pro ontv mais ne correspond pas à de l IPTV.veuillez me rembourser.merci

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

With that said, are you referring to a payment submission you made? If so, you will have to reach out to the owner of the form that you fill out and ask a refund from them.
