Bonjour je n'arrive pas à réinitialiser mon mot de passe pour accéder à mon compte.
Je ne reçois pas de mail dans la boite de réception suite à ma demande de réinitialisation.
Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are unable to get the password reset link. I've checked your account and I can see that it is only a guest account. This is why you are not able to reset the password as guest accounts are only good for one-time login. Can you please sign up using the same email address and that will let you set up a new password. Any work saved in the guest account will automatically show up in the new account created.
If it is a different account please provide us with the email address of the account and we can check what's going on.
