j'ai effacé tous les anciens formulaires et je suis toujours à 500.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that you’re having troubles freeing up the space of the Total Submissions limit. I checked your account and noticed that you have deleted multiple forms containing submissions, but you have not purged them. Please note that when you trash a Form or a Submission, this will be stored in the Trash folder for 30 days before getting definitely deleted from our servers. So, if you want to free your Total Submission limit immediately, please make sure to purge your Trash Folder. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. On My forms, in the column on the right side of the page, scroll down and click on Trash folder.
2. Select the forms that you want to purge by ticking the checkmarks on the left side of the Form titles.
3. Now, Click on the Purge button at the top of the page.
4. Finally, click on the Confirm button to permanently purge your trashed forms.

Please also note that once you have purged your forms and data, these cannot be retrieved because the information will be deleted from our servers. So, consider downloading first your submissions before proceeding.
